The girl is a human version of a jelly fish dragon. The outfit is my own though ^^ I think she turned out very cute other than the background thing =_= but oh well.
I tried to keep to the original design like the blue star(well stars in mine lol) flippers, ears, and of course the jelly fish like tentacle things. The tentacles is just cloth from her outfit but it looked so cool so i kept it that way XD (yea it was an accident at first.) oh and sorry for the wrinkle in the paper too. quality is bad sorry. This is for a contest I wanted to try and enter. The background is crappy too XD it looks like a storybook drawing. Probably cause I've been playing chocobo tales lol oh well as long as it looks good ^^ Dont ask about the star being the sun thing either lol.
